How long does it take to ship my order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times vary depending on the destination of the package. Standard shipping typically takes 4-7 working business days (power banks are excluded - please see below).

We ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking ID via email once your order(s) has been shipped. If you haven’t received the tracking info within 7 days of making payment, then please contact us. You can track your order by going to our Delivery Information page.

Why is my tracking ID not working?

Most often when a tracking ID hasn't updated or has stopped working, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the global tracking system updating the parcel's progress. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

My power bank hasn't arrived yet and it's been more than 28 working days?

We apologise for the delay. Due to the presence of batteries in power banks, they require an alternative shipping method for safety reasons. This process can take longer than standard shipping and may take longer than 28 working days - rest assured your order is on its way to you. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please contact our customer support team.

I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

We work with multiple suppliers, so it can happen that your items are dispatched separately. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered. You can track your items by going to our Delivery Information page and inputting your tracking ID's. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@gadgman.co.uk.

Can I change my order?

We advise you to check your order before submitting payment. However, if you wish you change your order, you can do this so long as the item(s) have not been dispatched by our supplier(s).

Can I add to my order?

Unfortunately, once payment has been made, you cannot add to an existing order as we do not store payment information. If you would like to order additional item(s), please place an additional order.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped and agreed via correspondence, we will cancel your order and refund the full amounts via the original payment method.

Do you accept returns?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, you must let us know within 30 days of receiving the item. Please download and print the returns order form and send it with your returned item(s). Unless the item is defective, to be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging and in a sellable condition.

We're sorry to hear that your item has stopped working. To resolve this issue, please download and complete the returns form from our website. Alternatively, you can contact us via email, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or a refund for you.

As per our terms and conditions, returns are at your own risk and cost unless otherwise agreed via correspondance.
