Refund policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
All return requests must now be submitted through your account by selecting the relevant order and clicking the ‘Request return’ tab. Requests will be reviewed within 24 hours. If approved, you will receive a prepaid postage label to send the item back.
To be eligible for a refund (unless the item is faulty), the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund. Please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
