Shipping policy

We’re pleased to offer FREE shipping across the United Kingdom.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders received before 5pm (Monday–Sunday) are typically processed the same day, while those placed after 5pm are processed the following working day, excluding bank holidays.

We ship from both the UK and China, depending on the item. Wherever your order is shipped from, we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking ID. If your order contains multiple items, these may be shipped separately, each with its own tracking ID so you can follow every part of your delivery.

Most orders arrive within 4–7 working days (please review the estimated delivery dates displayed at the time of order). On rare occasions, delays can occur which may result in your order taking longer than expected. If your order hasn’t arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us via our website and we’ll be happy to help.
