Shipping Policy
Our shipping policy ensures complimentary shipping within the United Kingdom and Europe, though certain delivery restrictions may be beyond our control. It is advisable to check with us before placing an order (exclusions apply to deliveries within the UK and Ireland).
When you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent. Orders received before 5pm Monday to Sunday are typically processed on the same working day, while those placed after 5 pm are processed the following working day (excluding bank holidays).
We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. An email containing your tracking ID will be sent once your order has been shipped. Please note that if your order includes different items, they may arrive separately, each with its unique tracking ID.
While orders generally reach customers within 4-7 working days, we kindly request customers to allow up to 28 working days. This extended timeframe is a result of sourcing items directly from our suppliers, allowing us to maintain low prices and offer free postage and packaging.
